This plaque commemorates the visit of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh to the Victoria Cross Memorial, Queen Victoria Building, in the presence of Sir Roden Cutler VC AK KCMG KCVO CBE, Private Edward Kenna VC WOII, Keith Payne VC on the occasion of the Sesquicentenary of the City of Sydney, 23rd February 1992.
